There's no contractual obligation whatsoever—your retainer agreement covers the delivery of legal services one month at a time. You are free to cancel the service at any time without penalty or further obligation.

Generally speaking, every additional intervention on your behalf increases the likelihood that a favorable response may occur. Since additional methods are brought to bear, platinum and titanium clients may see more results sooner. However, it is important to remember that we cannot promise a particular result or promise results within a certain timeframe since every case and credit report is different. Escalated Info Requests

Useful for seriously late accounts, this non-dispute creditor intervention requests either documentation of an account's compliance with various consumer protection statutes, or a requisite alteration to the way it is reported on the client's credit reports.

Debt Validation
Included in: Platinum Package | Titanium Package

For certain charged-off and collections accounts, this intervention affirms your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by demanding either a complete accounting of the alleged obligation's statutory compliance, or the removal of the reporting of these accounts.

Credit Expert Essentials

Credit expert Essentials advises applicants on the best actions that they can take to improve and truly maximize their credit rating. Credit expert Essentials explores thousands of scenarios and then recommends only those scenarios best suited to improve an applicant’s credit score. The Credit expert Credit Analysis translates the jargon of credit data into straightforward and understandable terms by explaining to consumers their own unique credit data and factors influencing it.

Whenever we detect changes within your credit reports, which may positively or negatively impact your credit scores, Report Watch™ alerts are quickly dispatched via email. We also provide tips, when applicable, regarding how to make the best use of this crucial data.

Inquiry Abet

Questionable inquiries almost always impact a credit score negatively, and Inquiry Abet was designed to address that problem. Firm-prepared letters, customized for each questionable inquiry you designate, are provided .

Identity Theft Insurance

To help protect the credit you're working to restore, a $25,000 identity theft insurance policy is provided at no additional cost to you. This plan affords on-call identity fraud specialists for your peace of mind. (Identity theft insurance is not available in New York.)

Credit Expert What-If Simulator
Included in: Titanium Package

The Credit expert What-If Simulator allows us to simulate credit ratings by analyzing the results of actions on the applicants credit score before taking these actions. By doing these simulations applicants can understand and test the impact of these actions have on credit scores.

We'll select pre-defined scenarios (such as, increasing or decreasing balances, opening or closing accounts, transferring balances, etc.) or customize a scenario to experiment on specific accounts. By exploring scenarios, your applicants will understand if the actions have a positive or negative impact on their credit score.
