MyMagicCredit.com ™ Mortgage Professionals Terms and Conditions

BETWEEN:

MyMagicCredit.com ™ ("MyMagicCredit.com ™") OF THE FIRST PART
 - and -
 ("Broker")
 OF THE SECOND PART

1. Nature of Work – MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall provide its expertise, advice and assistance for the benefit of the Broker and MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall be designated as and act as the Consultant of the Broker. In particular, MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall assist in performing and providing credit repair services.

2. Responsibilities - MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall work for the Broker and cause to be utilized reasonable professional skill, diligence and care to provide the Services and expertise herein before set forth and provides any other services not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be necessary to ensure the best interests of the Broker are maintained. Broker and MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall perform the Services in accordance with such reasonable instructions and requirements as the Broker may specify from time to time, and shall be responsible to the Management of the Broker for the due performance of his work hereunder.

3. Compensation - The consideration payable to MyMagicCredit.com ™ for its Services/Software hereunder shall be completely free to the Broker.  Broker will earn $75 referral for each prospect that converts into a client.

4. Confidential Information – MyMagicCredit.com ™ shall at all times, both during and after the term of this Agreement, maintain strict confidentiality respecting confidential information or data (as hereinafter defined) that was obtained by or communicated to MyMagicCredit.com ™ by the Broker, business clients or others with whom the Broker has a business relationship. "Confidential Information" shall include all information (whether or not reduced to writing) received or acquired by MyMagicCredit.com ™ during the course of the Services hereunder which concerns the customers, business, undertakings or affairs of the Broker. MyMagicCredit.com ™ will not market or solicit to Broker's customers under any circumstances unless an arrangement is made by Broker.
 

5. Conflicts of Interest – The Broker acknowledges that MyMagicCredit.com ™ may provide Services to other companies and agrees that such engagements will not constitute a breach of this Agreement, provided that MyMagicCredit.com ™ respects confidentiality of the Brokers business and operations.

6. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.  In the event MyMagicCredit.com ™ engages in collection efforts, Broker will be required to reimburse MyMagicCredit.com ™ for out-of-pocket expenses as the result of such efforts.

7. No Assignment - Neither party shall assign this Agreement or any interest or obligation herein without the prior written consent of the other party.

8. Notices - Any notice required to be given by either party under this Agreement may be sufficiently given if mailed by registered letter, prepaid or delivered to the parties at their respective addresses as follows:

THIS CONTRACT IS NON-BINDING AND HAS NO SET CONTRACT DATES. IF FOR ANY REASON THE BROKER IS NOT SATISFIED THEY CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME.

Such notice shall be deemed to have been given to and received by the addressee, in the case of mailing five (5) business days following mailing thereof, and in the case of delivery, on the day on which the notice was delivered.
